1. Description of Service
Wise AutoFlow is an online market automation system that offers AI-generated product descriptions, social media scheduling, ad campaign management, chatbot services, and order management.
2. User Accounts & Security
Creation of Account: You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Security: Keep credentials, JWT, API keys confidential. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
3. AI-Generated Content & Liability
No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI content may not be fully accurate, complete, or appropriate.
User Responsibility: Review all AI-generated content before publishing. You are fully liable for any content posted.
Ad Account Suspensions: Not liable if third-party ad accounts (Facebook, Google, TikTok) are suspended due to campaigns via our platform.
4. Third-Party API & Integrations
Platform integrates with third-party services (social APIs, payment gateways). Third parties have their own terms. We are not responsible for downtime, rate limits, or policy changes.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Order Management
Subscriptions: Paid subscription required for premium features. Payments securely processed via partners.
E-commerce Transactions: We are not involved in your transactions. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, managing inventory, processing refunds.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not create or distribute illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
- No spamming customers via WhatsApp or Email notifications.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights of others.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
